At Spreads by Sam, the journey began with a spark of inspiration at a wedding in 2019, where Sam and her husband, Jared, admired a stunning grazing table during the cocktail hour. Motivated to try her hand at creating one, Sam crafted a charcuterie board for a bible study she held, receiving rave reviews. From there, she honed her craft, delighting friends and family with her creations. In 2022, after welcoming her first baby, Josie, and stepping away from her career as a speech-language pathologist, Sam decided to grow her passion into a business. With the arrival of her son, Graham, in 2023, she fully embraced her dream of making Spreads by Sam a reality, sharing beautiful, curated charcuterie experiences with her community.
