Charcuterie Boards vs Grazing tables
While both a charcuterie board and a grazing table provide a visually stunning and delicious way for guests to enjoy a variety of meats, cheeses, and accompaniments, they differ mainly in size, scale, presentation, and the dining experience. A charcuterie board is ideal for smaller gatherings or as a starter for a meal, while a grazing table is best suited for larger events, offering an interactive and bountiful spread that encourages mingling and grazing over a longer period of time.

Are delivery and set up included?
For larger grazing table events, my goal is to provide you with a stress-free, seamless experience. Including delivery and setup in the cost allows us to personally ensure the grazing table is executed exactly as you envision. It also gives you peace of mind, knowing that everything is taken care of from start to finish.
For smaller charcuterie board orders, I understand that every event is different. My pickup and drop-off options for charcuterie boards offer convenience and allow you to choose the service that best fits your event size, venue, and budget.

Do you accommodate dietary and allergy restrictions?
I try to accommodate a wide range of dietary restrictions and allergies, such as gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, etc.
However, it is not an allergy-free facility. Some ingredients may come into contact with allergens like nuts, soy, eggs, wheat, gluten, or dairy during preparation or storage.
I encourage clients to consult with me directly for any specific concerns, especially for those with severe allergies.
